Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engage audiences, and convert leads. Your expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) will be crucial in enhancing our clients’ online visibility and achieving their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Formulate and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic to clients’ websites.
• Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize website content to rank for these terms.
• On-Page and Off-Page SEO: Implement on-page SEO techniques such as meta tags, headers, and internal linking, as well as off-page strategies like backlink building and outreach.
• SEM Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage SEM campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximize ROI and achieve targeted KPIs.
• Content Strategy and Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing objectives.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor performance, analyze data, and generate detailed reports.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, benchmark performance, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• A/B Testing and CRO: Perform A/B testing to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates (CRO – Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and SEM to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and SEM.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO and SEM concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in executing digital marketing tasks.
