Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop comprehensive process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of RPA solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots and workflows.
- Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to end-users on RPA tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with proficiency in UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
