Location: Ballabgarh, Faridabad

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager in to join our dynamic marketing team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our company’s website.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility.
Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
Monitor and report on key SEO metrics, such as traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage SEO tools and software to track performance and gain insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in the recruiting industry is a plus.
