Job Description:

As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our clients’ websites to improve their search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement SEO Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive SEO plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and opportunities for optimization.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine visibility.
• Off-Page Optimization: Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
• Technical SEO: Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes to improve site health and performance.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with overall marketing goals.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Tools: Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and others.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in executing SEO tasks.
